When asked what they would do with the returned food, they said they would “throw it away!” To me, this is just poor business. The person taking the call then said that they would need the wrong item returned as well (unfortunately, our guest had already eaten some). However, this would’ve taken another hour or more. They said that they would bring the right dish. When we called, they said that their menu didn’t match their new computer system. Well one of the dishes was totally wrong.

We ordered from their most recent menu by letter/number. Tonight we ordered and our order didn’t arrive for almost an hour and 25 minutes. better thank any other place in town.but it’s average as far as Chinese food goes. We deal with this, because the food isn’t bad.

It typically arrives a little over an hour after ordering and usually requires a second phone call. They routinely say delivery will take 45 min. We regularly order from Dragon City (take-out for delivery).
